As part of the community’s ongoing commitment to safety and wellbeing, the Ardross Community Council has allocated part of the windfarm community benefit fund to install additional life-saving defibrillators around the Ardross area.
We’re pleased to announce that we’ll shortly be taking delivery of a new defibrillator for The Ark, joining the existing unit at the Community Hall. In addition, three other private locations have kindly offered to host devices in Stittenham, Strathrusdale, and Boath, exact locations will be shared once installation is complete.
To make sure everyone feels confident using these vital machines, defibrillator training sessions will be organised soon. These sessions will be open to all residents and will provide practical guidance on what to do in an emergency.
