20th May 2026 – ACC Update: ECU contacted the applicant as a result of the Raeshaw judgement “Scottish Minsters are currently considering the above application and, since this decision may have implications for this application, further clarification is now required.” The applicant has responded confirming the windfarm and connection should be treated as one application but that the EIA does not currently cover all aspects required. They have requested “Consent for the wind farm application should therefore be granted subject to a condition regulating the commencement of the wind farm development and the submission of environmental information for the grid connection.”
